A little about me....my name is Didi and I am a New England transplant now living in Richmond, Va with my hubby, three cats, and best dog friend, Gus.

Ever since I can remember, I have had a love for the natural world and for all things old-fashioned. I began creating jewelry for myself at an early age and, out of my innate need to not let anything go to waste (a trait I shared with my Dad), I started incorporating found objects from nature and unusual pieces with a past life into my jewelry designs. I focus on choosing objects that I love, sometimes not knowing how they will be used until later, when they catch my eye on my work table. Then, as they say, the magic begins.

Half Past Noon was created so that I could showcase my handmade jewelry keeping it separate from the vintage I sell in my other shop, Ultra Violet Vintage.
Being in the vintage business for many years, with my last brick and mortar shop open for over 10 years, has allowed me to meet some truly wonderful people! I am forever grateful for the love and support that I have received and continue to receive from family, friends and my customers over the years!
